There's a couple of ways to align your DIV container content to center position in Bootstrap 4. One of them is to create a flexbox and use the justify-content utilities to center the content; use justify-content-center if you'd like your content to be grouped together without any spacing in between, justify-content-between puts your content at the center with spaces in between, and justify-content-around puts your content elements at the center, and creates spaces before, after and in between them.
